A shopping agent is a middleman service that buys products from Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, Weidian, 1688) on your behalf and ships them internationally. They handle payment, quality check photos, and shipping. We recommend LitBuy for the best experience.
Typically 10-25 days depending on the shipping method you choose. Express options (DHL, FedEx) take 5-10 days. Budget options (EMS, SAL) take 15-30 days. Your agent will give you exact estimates at checkout.
The price shown is the product price. You'll also pay shipping (depends on weight and destination) and a small agent service fee (usually 3-5%). Some countries charge import tax — check your local customs rules.
QC (Quality Check) photos are real photos of your specific item taken by the agent before shipping. You can inspect the product and decide whether to ship it, exchange it, or get a refund. Products on Litfinds with a "QC" button have community QC photos available.
Our team and trusted sellers hand-pick every product. We check seller ratings, community feedback, and QC photos before listing. Products go through an admin review process before appearing on the site.
Returns are handled by your shopping agent. Most agents allow returns within the warehouse before international shipping. Once shipped internationally, returns are difficult and expensive. Always check QC photos carefully before confirming shipment.
